The POW MIA Flag Bill signing ceremony was held on July 24 at the capitol.  The signed bill allows the POW MIA Flag to be flown at Alabama rest stops and other state buildings.  The effort to pass this bill was led by Senator Harri Anne Smith, Rep Steve Clouse, The Lower Alabama Veterans Alliance (LAVA), and Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 373.  Left to right: Larry Hart, Senator Smith, Ken Robillard, Governor Riley, Jim Sasnett, Betty Sasnett, Fred Griffin, Butch Butsche, C.
